Responsibilities
- Prepare complex financial statements and variance analyses to support executive management decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to project future revenue, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, competitive analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior leadership team effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to align financial goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a significant plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
