Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities and investment portfolios
- Develop strategic financial forecasts and scenario analyses to inform board-level decision-making
- Design and implement KPI dashboards to track portfolio performance against benchmarks
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with transaction experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- CFA/CPA designation or MBA from top-tier institution
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
