Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing clear, actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Conduct thorough ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and capital investment decisions.
- Support investor relations through the preparation of high-impact financial presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level narratives.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
