- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Analyze profitability trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Prepare executive-level reports and board presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital allocation projects
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control effectiveness
- Drive process automation using financial software tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations
- Proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Experience in investment banking or asset management
