Responsibilities

- Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Partner with department heads to identify cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and internal performance metrics to assess competitive positioning.
- Maintain financial integrity by ensuring robust data accuracy and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
