Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes for high-growth business units.
- Analyze variance trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare high-impact executive presentations for Board and C-suite reviews.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytical dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth market research to support mergers, acquisitions, and competitive benchmarking.
- Mentor junior analysts to foster a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards and corporate tax principles.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of intellectual curiosity.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
