Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts to identify trends and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with departmental leadership to optimize resource allocation and cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations detailing financial performance, market risks, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes across global business units.
- Conduct deep-dive research into competitive landscapes and macroeconomic shifts impacting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/macros) and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
