Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, including M&A due diligence, investment analysis, and capital allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Enhance financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced functions), and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and corporate finance principles.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) is a plus.
