Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the monthly close process, ensuring all reconciliations are accurate and completed on time.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather data and provide financial insights for business decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
