- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with SEC/FINRA requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Excel
- Deep understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and SQL databases
