Responsibilities

- Lead monthly closing processes and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Collaborate with investment teams on deal structuring and due diligence
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Optimize capital allocation strategies using quantitative analysis
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps)
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- CFA charterholder or CPA preferred
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with regulatory reporting (SEC, GAAP)
