Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports for executive leadership

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data into strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and investment strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial analysis under tight deadlines
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is highly desirable
