Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses and scenario planning to identify key growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate allocation of resources and monitoring variances against targets.
- Present complex financial data to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA, Macros, and complex formulas) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
