Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between financial data and business strategy. You will work closely with executive leadership to forecast financial performance and identify key growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain accurate departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data to non-financial stakeholders.
