Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Develop sophisticated financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board committees
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities and cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- FINRA Series 7/63 or willingness to obtain upon hire
