Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop comprehensive financial models for capital allocation and M&A activities
- Streamline treasury operations including cash flow optimization and risk mitigation
- Automate financial reporting processes using Power BI and Alteryx
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making support
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teams on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or treasury
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Expertise in IFRS/GAAP compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
