Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct in-depth valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) for M&A transactions
- Develop actionable financial insights through data visualization and dashboard creation in Power BI
- Oversee audit compliance and internal controls implementation for SEC reporting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- CPA or CFA certification with 5+ years in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Proven experience with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional financial projects
