Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning and investment decision-making.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable commentary to leadership on monthly and quarterly financial results.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and revenue optimization models.
- Monitor market trends and competitive benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Advanced experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data for non-financial audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
