Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports and ensure accurate data presentation.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term forecasting models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and external regulations.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support pricing and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- CFA, CPA, or CMA designation is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial modeling best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
