Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for $5B+ portfolio across private equity and real estate assets
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs and provide real-time insights to executive leadership
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and forecasting to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Prepare board-level presentations translating complex financial metrics into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate M&A opportunities and market expansion initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts while implementing best practices in financial reporting and compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment management or private equity
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel modeling, Power BI, and SQL with ability to build complex financial tools
- Proven track record of translating financial data into strategic business recommendations
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with portfolio valuation methodologies and risk assessment frameworks
