Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A transactions
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and scenario planning for institutional clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering financial due diligence reports
- Present complex financial strategies to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Optimize capital allocation and risk management frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of investment banking or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- FINRA Series 79/82 certification (or willingness to obtain)
