Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis to monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to refine operational efficiency and margin performance.
- Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analysis into market trends and competitor benchmarking.
- Support investor relations activities through meticulous data preparation and presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven ability to translate technical financial data into strategic business insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
