Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports to inform strategic decisions
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to assess portfolio risk and identify growth opportunities
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Optimize capital allocation strategies through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance team financial modeling capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel/Power BI proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-financial audiences
- CFA charter or CPA certification highly desirable
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy in high-growth environments
