Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and business forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and explain financial performance discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline budgeting processes and resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports, including KPIs and actionable performance insights.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and corporate development projects.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level summaries.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.
