Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions, valuations, and capital allocation strategies
- Lead quarterly business reviews with portfolio companies, identifying optimization opportunities
- Create scenario analyses and stress tests for macroeconomic and market volatility impacts
- Collaborate with investment teams to structure debt/equity instruments and risk mitigation frameworks
- Present findings to executive committees and investment committees using executive dashboards
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining ownership of complex financial forecasting projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with transactional experience
- CPA or CFA designation required; MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel/Power BI
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex financial narratives to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS compliance standards
- Experience with portfolio company financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration
