Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A transactions

Qualifications
- 5+ years in investment banking or financial services with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or CFA/CPA certification
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps) and Bloomberg Terminal
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for quantitative analysis
- Demonstrated experience with SEC filings and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong track record of cross-functional project leadership
