Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and long-term forecasting processes, providing accurate projections to support executive decision-making.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to senior management on a monthly basis.
- Modeling & Reporting: Develop complex financial models and dashboards (using Power BI/Tableau) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
- Cost Management: Analyze departmental expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational quality.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards and internal control protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CIMA designation is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy.
