- Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare board-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- CPA or CFA certification required
- Demonstrated experience with M&A due diligence and valuation
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate to executive stakeholders
