Responsibilities
- Design and maintain sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions and capital restructuring
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and board presentations with clear narrative frameworks
- Lead due diligence processes for investment opportunities and portfolio companies
- Optimize working capital management and treasury operations
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros and experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong SQL and data visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business strategies
- Series 79/63 licenses or willingness to obtain
