Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational efficiency and improve profitability.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and assist in the preparation of the company’s annual operating plan.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and due diligence support for potential acquisitions or capital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VBA/Advanced functions), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a significant plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
