Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and 3-year strategic models
- Collaborate with department heads to build annual budgets and capital expenditure plans
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Present insights to C-suite executives using advanced visualization tools
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate finance or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VBA) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for executive presentations
