Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record in financial forecasting and modeling
