What You Will Do
As a key contributor to our finance department, you will shape the fiscal health of the organization through rigorous analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for multiple business units, utilizing historical data and market trends to predict future performance.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual results and budgeted targets, providing clear explanations to stakeholders.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and capital allocation decisions.
- Streamline internal controls and financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations and Sales to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Prepare regulatory filings and assist with external audits to ensure full compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Certification: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and synthesize them into clear, concise reports.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-finance audiences.
