Responsibilities

- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with precision.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key business drivers to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to assist in the annual budget process and strategic planning.
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize financial performance.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis within a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, VBA, and macros.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
