Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support long-term business planning and forecasting.
- Lead comprehensive variance analysis to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies to management.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage annual budgeting processes and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Prepare high-impact executive presentations to convey financial performance and strategic recommendations to the board.
- Drive improvements in data integrity and automated reporting to enhance financial visibility.
- Perform in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Oversee monthly and yearly financial close activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
