Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices for increased efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Certification: CPA, CFA, or ACCA designation is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations.
