Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial data to inform investment strategies and risk assessment
- Develop comprehensive financial models for portfolio optimization and asset allocation
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for board meetings and regulatory filings
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining accuracy in financial forecasting and valuation
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting using automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or wealth management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 certifications required
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (Dodd-Frank, Basel III)
