Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights on monthly performance.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for key business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to track KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for executive stakeholders and board members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform internal risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level summaries.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
