Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of actual vs. budget results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial workflows and implement automation tools to increase efficiency and data integrity.
- Investment Analysis: Support capital budgeting initiatives by evaluating project ROI and performing detailed cash flow modeling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Certification: CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VBA, Macros, PivotTables).
- Analytical Ability: Strong aptitude for data analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting complex datasets.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
