Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support investment valuations and portfolio performance analysis.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with high precision.
- Analyze variance reports to identify key drivers of profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to provide financial guidance on new market opportunities.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for executive stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
- Optimize financial reporting workflows to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility.
- Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitive landscape benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA charter preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, complex financial modeling) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level narratives.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of SQL and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or Oracle).
