Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting workflows using Power BI and SQL
- Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and capital allocation decisions
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all reporting
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial processes through automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in public accounting or Big 4 environment preferred
