Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles for executive stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis against budgets and forecasts with actionable insights
- Collaborate with investment teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Design and implement KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis within investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet platforms
