Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio valuation and scenario analysis
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for board meetings and investor briefings
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize working capital and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnership opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance departmental analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and Excel with VBA
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar)
- Exceptional quantitative skills with proven ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong written/verbal communication with executive presentation experience
