Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to monitor performance against strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment appraisals, and business unit performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and executive summaries to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial insights.
- Perform in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects, M&A activities, and capital allocation decisions.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within financial planning and analysis functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, contributing to robust financial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
