Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes for $2B+ investment portfolios
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic investment decisions
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for quarterly board meetings
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and stress testing scenarios for complex financial instruments
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to optimize capital allocation across asset classes
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and international financial reporting standards
- Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements in financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation techniques
- Expertise in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of derivatives, fixed income, and alternative investments
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 86/87 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated success in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
