Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.Develop comprehensive financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and internal control frameworks.Advise senior management on capital allocation and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.Professional certification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA) is highly desirable.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
