Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability trends based on historical data and market analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring departmental budgets align with broader company strategic goals.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial processes adhere to internal controls, regulatory standards, and GAAP guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros), SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret large datasets and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
