Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide deep-dive insights into budget vs. actual performance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource planning.
- Assist in the external audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Identify key trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desired.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
