As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, analyzing data to optimize performance and guide executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations on financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
