Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities
- Develop strategic forecasts and scenario planning for multi-year investment horizons
- Collaborate with executive leadership to present financial insights and recommendations
- Optimize portfolio performance through rigorous risk assessment and compliance monitoring
- Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices in financial reporting
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in financial systems and analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or asset management
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
